Our Approach

Full specification from the start.

Every sleeve is built to the full specification—there is no stripped-down version. The standard construction uses multiple platinum-silicone durometers, with each density selected for a specific mechanical purpose rather than casting the entire sleeve from one uniform material.

The PlushCore head uses ultra-soft Shore 00-10 silicone for exceptional softness, compression and movement, while strategically placed Shore 00-30 and 00-50 zones provide progressive support, structure and rebound through the rest of the sleeve.

GlideSkin

The exterior is finished with GlideSkin, a proprietary low-friction silicone surface system developed to create an exceptionally smooth, silky feel while maintaining elasticity, durability and fine anatomical detail.

Individually finished

Every piece is hand painted using flexible platinum-cure silicone paint and silicone-compatible pigments, building vascular detail, tonal variation, depth and realism into the silicone surface.

Density without the upcharge

The standard density configuration is fully developed, but if you prefer a different Shore arrangement, it can be adjusted where the design allows without an additional charge. Softness, density, realism and finishing quality are not paid upgrades.
