What is the standard density configuration?

The standard build uses a Shore 00-10 PlushCore head together with strategically placed 00-30 and 00-50 support zones.

Can I request a different firmness?

Yes. Where the design allows, alternate Shore configurations can be requested without an upcharge.

What is GlideSkin?

GlideSkin is the proprietary low-friction silicone surface system used on each finished piece. The exact formulation and manufacturing process are not published.

How is each sleeve colored?

Each piece is individually hand painted with flexible platinum-cure silicone paint and silicone-compatible pigments. Minor visual variation is a natural part of individually finished production.

How should I clean and store my sleeve?

Add your validated cleaning, drying, storage and compatible-lubricant instructions here before launch. Only publish instructions you have tested on the finished product.

How long does production take?

Add your actual production lead time here once you have completed repeatability testing.
