These Terms & Conditions explain how purchases from Your Curated Desire are handled. Please review the product description, selected options, pricing, estimated turnaround and these terms before placing an order.

1. About us and contact details

Your Curated Desire is an Ontario, Canada based seller of individually made platinum silicone adult products. For questions, order changes or concerns, email Orders@yourcurateddesire.com.

2. Adults only

Our products are intended for adults aged 18 or older. By ordering, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirements and that purchase, possession and use of the products are lawful where you live.

3. Product details and customization

Each sleeve is individually manufactured, coloured and finished. Review the listed dimensions, model, colour, internal fit options and other specifications carefully before placing your order. Photographs are representative of the design and finish; minor variations in colour and hand finishing are natural. Such variations do not remove any rights you may have if a product is defective or materially different from what was agreed.

Requests for changes outside the options listed on a product page are not accepted unless we confirm them in writing. Please do not assume that a modification mentioned in a message has been accepted unless it appears in your order details or we have expressly agreed to it.

4. Ordering, prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the website and are confirmed in the order summary before payment. Available payment methods, shipping charges and any charges collected by us are disclosed during ordering. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency conversion or transaction charges.

After an order is submitted, we may contact you if a required detail is unclear, there is a listing or pricing error, or the requested configuration cannot reasonably be produced. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will explain the issue and refund any payment collected for the unfulfilled goods.

5. Production and shipping

Our current standard production estimate is 5 to 7 business days, unless a different estimate is shown on the product page or agreed for your order. This estimate covers manufacturing and inspection, not transit. Work begins after the necessary order information and payment have been received. Production time may change with workload, quality control requirements or unforeseen delays.

Available shipping methods, destinations and prices are displayed during checkout or confirmed in writing for a directly arranged order. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. We will provide tracking information when available and contact you if we become aware of a substantial delay. Nothing in this section limits your cancellation or delivery rights under applicable law.

For international orders, any import duties, brokerage charges, customs fees or local taxes not collected by us may be payable by the recipient. Customers are responsible for confirming that the products may lawfully be imported into their destination.

6. Order changes and cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at Orders@yourcurateddesire.com. We will confirm whether production has begun and what can still be changed. A change or cancellation accepted before production begins will normally qualify for a refund of the corresponding unfulfilled order charges.

Because products are made individually to the selected specifications, changes and change-of-mind cancellations generally cannot be accommodated once production begins. This does not override any cancellation or refund right provided by applicable consumer protection law, including rights relating to required disclosures, order documentation, non-delivery or other legal remedies.

7. Returns and exchanges

For hygiene reasons and because our products are individually manufactured, we do not ordinarily accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect size selected by the customer, or a preference for a different model, colour or feel after delivery.

This policy does not exclude remedies for a manufacturing defect, an incorrect item, a product materially different from the agreed order, or any other right you have under applicable law. Please contact us before shipping a product back; we will provide instructions if a return is necessary. Do not send an intimate product to us without prior authorization.

8. Damaged, incorrect or defective orders

Please inspect the shipment on arrival and contact us promptly if there is shipping damage, an incorrect configuration or a possible manufacturing defect. Include your order number, a description of the concern and clear photographs of the affected product or packaging where practical. We do not require intimate or personally identifying photographs.

We will review the issue and discuss an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair or refund depending on the circumstances and applicable law. If a return is required for an issue covered by your legal rights, we will explain the procedure and any applicable shipping arrangements.

9. Use and care

Please follow the care guidance provided with the product and on our FAQ & Care page. Wash before first use and after use with warm water and a mild, unscented soap, dry thoroughly before storing, and use water-based lubricant only. Inspect the product before use and stop using it if it becomes damaged or causes discomfort. Our products are not medical devices and we do not make medical claims about them.

10. Your legal rights

These terms are intended to clarify our normal business practices. They do not exclude, restrict or replace rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived under the consumer protection or other applicable laws where you purchase the product. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
