You can order without creating an account. If you register, WooCommerce and WordPress associate information such as your email, saved details and order history with your account so you can manage your purchases more easily. Registration is optional, including during checkout. You may ask us for assistance accessing, correcting or closing your account, subject to records we must keep for legal or business purposes.
5. Payments and delivery
Our website currently offers Interac e-Transfer for eligible Canadian purchases. We use order and payment confirmation information to reconcile your payment and fulfill your order. We do not need or ask for your online banking password. Your financial institution handles the transfer under its own privacy practices.
To ship orders, we share the delivery information required by the selected postal or courier provider, which may include Canada Post. Shipping carriers may use that information to transport your package, provide tracking and resolve delivery issues. Available payment and delivery arrangements can vary by location or order; any additional enabled payment provider will be identified during the purchasing process.
