Helios brings a distinctly natural silhouette to the Titans Collection. At approximately 7.5 inches in total length and 2.1 inches at its widest point, its proportions are deliberately balanced, with realistic anatomy and carefully restrained detailing throughout.

Rather than relying on exaggerated size or oversized features, Helios is designed around the details that make a sculpt convincing up close: a naturally contoured head, defined corona, subtle veins, anatomical folds and extremely fine skinlike microtexture.

Quad density construction

Every Helios includes our full four layer platinum silicone construction as standard. Different levels of softness and support are combined to give the sleeve a compliant feel while helping it retain its intended shape through handling and movement.

A resilient outer silicone skin protects the finer details of the sculpt while providing flexibility and resistance to repeated deformation. Helios is built to balance softness, support and lasting structural integrity rather than prioritizing any one characteristic at the expense of the others.

Designed for anatomical realism

The head is shaped with a rounded profile and carefully defined corona. Beneath it, the transition into the shaft follows the sculpt’s natural contours instead of appearing as a simple mechanical divide.

Fine surface texture, restrained vascular definition, subtle irregularities and small anatomical folds give Helios character from every angle. These details are deliberately proportioned to complement the overall design, not overwhelm it.

Customizable internal fit

Choose your preferred internal diameter, internal length and colour when ordering. Internal lengths are offered from 3.5 to 6 inches in half inch increments, allowing you to tailor the fit while preserving the outside proportions and anatomical form of Helios.

The exterior remains unmistakably Helios. The fit is yours.

Individually handcrafted in Canada

Each Helios is cast, coloured and inspected individually. Care is taken to preserve the definition of its fine microtexture and the natural character of its sculpt, while maintaining the same construction standards as the rest of the Titans Collection.

Complete from the start

There is no basic version of Helios and no extra charge for its standard quad density construction. Every sleeve comes complete with a velvet storage bag, a brush and 100% cornstarch for care after washing and drying.
