Hyperion Ultra takes the anatomical form and quad density construction of Hyperion and pushes it into a substantially larger format without sacrificing softness, detail or structural control.

At approximately 10 inches in total length and 3 inches at its widest point, Hyperion Ultra is built for customers looking for a genuinely oversized sleeve while retaining the balanced feel and refined finish of the Titans lineup.

Quad density construction

Every Hyperion Ultra comes standard with a four layer material system engineered to balance softness, support, movement, durability and shape retention. The majority of the sleeve remains soft and compliant, while firmer material is used only where additional structure is needed.

The exterior is encapsulated in a highly resilient platinum silicone skin selected for flexibility, reduced surface tack and exceptional resistance to tearing and repeated deformation.

Despite its size, Hyperion Ultra stands completely upright under its own weight with no stand, armature or external support. That controlled structure helps prevent the excessive flop, folding and buckling that can become more pronounced in larger sleeves.

Customizable fit

Internal length, internal diameter and colour can all be configured around the wearer. The outside dimensions and anatomical form remain unmistakably Hyperion Ultra, while the internal fit is built around you.

Anatomical detail

Hyperion Ultra preserves the contoured anatomy, pronounced vascular detail, folds, wrinkles, subtle irregularities and extremely fine surface texture of the original Hyperion design at a much larger scale.

Particular attention is given to the transition between the head and shaft so the anatomy flows naturally rather than appearing as a flat mechanical separation.

Even small elements are retained and refined, including the placement and shaping of the urethral opening within the anatomy of the head.

Individually hand finished

Each Hyperion Ultra is individually coloured and hand finished rather than treated as a uniform mass produced piece. A soft matte surface treatment reduces the natural tackiness of silicone while preserving the sculpted microtexture and larger anatomical features beneath it.

Subtle variation from piece to piece is part of the hand finished process, while the underlying construction and performance remain consistent.

Built complete from the start

There is no simplified version of Hyperion Ultra and no density upgrade required to receive the construction shown here. Quad density comes standard.

A sleeve this large should not require you to choose between softness and structure. Hyperion Ultra is built to deliver both.
